Less than 48 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total scheduled service amount. We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations to allow sufficient time to notify waitlist clients. If the appointment time is rescheduled within 48 hours, you will never be charged a cancellation fee.
